Generally, we don’t ask for additional documents once the registration process is completed successfully. Should we need extra documents, you’ll be informed via one of the contact methods registered on your account.
If you’re asked to upload documents to finalize the registration process, please adhere to the instructions displayed on your screen after completing the registration form. If you’ve previously initiated the registration process, you can proceed by logging in with the credentials you used the last time.
If you’re asked to upload an identification document, please ensure it’s one of the following government-issued documents:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- ID card
Please note that all four corners of the document must be visible, the image must be clear and legible, and it must not be altered using any additional software. All documents provided must be valid.
Examples of accepted documents include:
- ID Card (both sides)
- Passport
- Driver’s license
Please note: If you provide a passport or driver’s license, proof of address is required.
