How can I upload/send my documents?

If you’re asked to upload documents during the registration process, please adhere to the instructions displayed on your screen.

Should we need additional documents after your registration is complete, you’ll be informed via one of the contact methods registered on your account. In such cases, you may need to email the documents to us at doc@royalscasino.com. If you’re asked to upload an identification document during registration, please ensure it’s one of the following:

  • ID card
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License

Please note that all four corners of the document must be visible, the image must be clear and legible, and it must not be altered using any additional software. All documents provided must be valid.

Remember, documents should be emailed to doc@royalscasino.com, only if you’re asked to provide additional information after the registration process is complete. For your convenience, identity verification is part of the registration process, and only on very rare occasions might you be asked to send additional documents for authentication.
