When you initiate a withdrawal, it enters an approval stage. Typically, this stage lasts only a few hours. During this period, you can track the transaction under the "Pending Withdrawals" section in the "Withdrawals" menu of your account overview on our website. However, in some instances, the approval of withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours.
Upon approval of the transaction, an email notification will be sent to you with further details about the transaction. The approved funds are then transferred to the payment method you selected when you requested the withdrawal.
